You can be a beginner like this lamb, not knowing how your camera works. More advanced and would like help with composition or how to approach animals to photograph them up close when they are relaxed.

You can bring your smart phone, tablet or your camera.

Sometimes you need a wide angle lens to get all the lambs in the photo as they crowd around you

Lunch is included in the class but you must bring clothing you don’t mind getting mucky, and wellington boots.

We are a farm after all.

I am very sorry to say we are a farm so no young children please. Children might not understand the animal body language that I will teach you so that the sheep come up close and young children can easily frighten the animals, which would lessen the enjoyment of others.

Photography workshops: if you’re doing any of these in 2015, please would you email me? I’ve long looked for an excuse to visit Ireland and could do with some advice on photography, as I’m not very good.
