I love the month of November with all the colors in the trees and the crisp mornings. Here are just a few photographs I have taken over the last few weeks.
The morning’s first light just after the crow crowed sky rush hour cacophony with strange mares tails clouds
100’s of baby puffball mushrooms all over the woods.
Zwartbles with a blue Autumnal sky
Ewe look so beautiful
Ferns on wall tops
Ever watchful cat shepherd counting his sheep
The Zwartbles Blanket model is a bit keen on eating the props.
The Mornings sun of a milky hue, thick river mist blocking out its warming light on frosty fields
Cats staying warm by the Aga on Zwartbles Woollen Blankets
Sheep get a foot bath while the cat shepherd chats to them
Bringing out the feed troughs as grass proteins fall due to frost damage. My lazy assistants refuse to open the gate
While cats keep cozy on a Zwartbles Woollen Blanket
Huntington Castle Autumnal Woodland
Woodland leaves looking into gray Irish sky but still beautiful

The stunning walkway of yew trees at Huntington Castle
Huntington Castle Chapel open to the heavens
Yellow leaves and Me
“Can I be an honorary Zwartbles Sheep?” asks Marco Polo the pony
I wish the field hay rack had an axle & wheels an awkward beast to load. The assistants only there for the ride
Unloading in the field with plenty of curious noses but no helping hand
My whole flock of 33 Zwartbles ewes, hoggets & lambs in 1 photo
Some beautiful Autumnal color in our Irish trees edging our Zwartbles fields
Whisper posing with a flaming beech tree behind her
Galloping sheep to a meal
Feeding sheep by quad & full moon light
Moon light Quad light in the night
Mr.B has claimed the cozy Zwartbles blanket while Casper can only look on with envy.
Willow gets her chin scratch in the morning sun
Fern waits her turn for a scratch
Pippy Longstockings enjoying a lie down while Whisper looks on
Woolly friends just chewing cud together.
Cozy cat curled up sleeping on a Zwartbles blanket. Winter is chilling so buy your own all natural Winter Warmer & help support a small Irish Zwartbles sheep farmer.
